1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Xtell (intelligence.xplorient.com), operated by Xplorient Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Xtell is a UK-focused AI and career intelligence platform that provides labour market data, role evolution insights, career risk assessments, and related tools. Some features are available for free; others require a paid subscription (Xtell Pro). The platform uses your profile data to personalise dashboards, intelligence panels, and career recommendations.
Xtell also offers a self-service AI Workforce Exposure Audit for organisations. This allows businesses to submit a list of roles and receive a generated report assessing AI displacement risk and related intelligence for their workforce. The Workforce Audit is a separate product from the individual career intelligence platform and is subject to additional terms set out in Section 5 and Section 6 below.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Xtell, in line with UK GDPR requirements.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Your Profile Data
When you create a profile, you may provide information such as your job title, industry, career goals, and other professional details. By submitting this data, you confirm that it is accurate and you consent to its use for personalising your Xtell experience. Full details of how we collect, use, and protect your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Xtell offers three types of paid product:
Xtell Pro Subscription — Monthly
Xtell Pro monthly is billed at the price displayed at checkout (currently £15/month for Founding Members). All payments are processed securely by Stripe. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time via the Manage Plan option. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Founding Member pricing is locked in for the lifetime of a continuous subscription.
Xtell Pro Subscription — Annual
Xtell Pro annual is billed once per year at the price displayed at checkout (currently £99/year for Founding Members). All payments are processed securely by Stripe. The full annual amount is charged at the point of purchase and covers 12 months of Pro access. You may cancel at any time via the Manage Plan option to prevent automatic renewal at the end of the annual period. Founding Member annual pricing is locked in for the lifetime of a continuous subscription.
Career Intelligence Report — One-Off Purchase
The Career Intelligence Report is a one-off purchase at the price displayed at checkout (currently £9.99 introductory price). All payments are processed securely by Stripe. The Career Intelligence Report is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges. Payment is taken once at the point of purchase. The report is generated immediately on payment and made available for download via your Xtell account. Due to the digital nature of this product, purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated and made available for download. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your report, please contact support@xplorient.com and we will resolve it promptly.
AI Workforce Exposure Audit — One-Off Purchase
The AI Workforce Exposure Audit is a one-off organisational purchase priced by the number of distinct role titles submitted, regardless of organisation size: up to 10 roles £99, 11 to 25 roles £149, 26 to 50 roles £199. A 500-person organisation submitting 8 role titles pays £99. Price is confirmed before payment at the coverage check stage. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. The Workforce Audit is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges. The report is generated immediately on payment and delivered by email and via a permanent access link. Due to the digital nature of this product, purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your report, please contact support@xplorient.com within 14 days and we will resolve it promptly.
Organisational data submitted as part of the Workforce Audit — including role titles and contact details — is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. We do not share submitted role data with third parties. Role titles submitted via the Workforce Audit may be used in aggregated, anonymised form to improve Xtell's intelligence coverage. Individual organisational submissions are never published or shared.
General Payment Terms
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Xplorient Limited reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Changes to subscription pricing will be communicated with reasonable notice before taking effect. The introductory price for the Career Intelligence Report may increase in future — purchases made at the introductory price are honoured at the price paid at the time of purchase.
6. Refund Policy
Xtell Pro Subscription — Monthly
Free trial — You may cancel at any time during your 7-day free trial and you will not be charged.
After billing — Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Xtell Pro Subscription — Annual
The annual subscription fee is non-refundable once charged. If you cancel an annual subscription, your Pro access continues until the end of the 12-month period already paid for. No partial-year refunds are issued. Automatic renewal can be cancelled at any time before the renewal date via the Manage Plan option.
Career Intelligence Report — One-Off Purchase
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases. By proceeding with payment for the Career Intelligence Report, you consent to immediate delivery of your report and acknowledge that you lose this cancellation right once the report has been generated. This consent is collected at the point of purchase.
The Career Intelligence Report is a digital product generated and delivered immediately on payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, the Career Intelligence Report is non-refundable once the report has been generated and made available for download in your account.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your report, please contact us at support@xplorient.com within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly. Technical access issues are not subject to the non-refundable policy.
If you purchased a report for a role that is not tracked by Xtell and were not informed of this before purchase, please contact us at support@xplorient.com within 14 days and we will review your case.
AI Workforce Exposure Audit — One-Off Purchase
The Workforce Audit report is a digital product generated and delivered immediately on payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, Workforce Audit purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated and the access link delivered.
If the coverage of your submitted roles falls below 50% after the coverage check and you proceed to payment having been clearly informed of this, no refund is available on the basis of coverage alone.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your report, please contact support@xplorient.com within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly or issue a refund at our discretion.
For organisations requiring a bespoke audit with guaranteed coverage, please contact us before purchase at support@xplorient.com.
Billing Errors — All Products
If you believe you have been charged in error for any Xtell product, contact us at support@xplorient.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, other accounts, or related systems.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from Xtell without prior written permission.
- Submit false, misleading, or malicious information via your profile or any form.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure, including circumventing rate limits or security measures.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, data visualisations, branding, and software on Xtell are owned by Xplorient Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
9. Data, Insights & Disclaimers
- Labour market data is sourced from third-party providers including Adzuna and is presented for informational purposes only.
- Role evolution projections, career risk scores, archetype classifications, and all AI-generated insights are modelled estimates and do not constitute professional career, financial, or legal advice.
- Personalised recommendations based on your profile are algorithmic suggestions — you are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on them.
- Xtell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the platform.
10. Affiliate Links
Some links on Xtell are affiliate links. Xplorient may earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase or application. This never affects our data, editorial independence, or the recommendations shown to you.
11. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by contacting support@xplorient.com. We will process your request and remove your data within 30 days, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xplorient Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Xtell, including but not limited to loss of income, career decisions made based on platform data or personalised recommendations, or service interruptions.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have an account) or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of Xtell after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Affiliate Partnerships
Xtell participates in affiliate partnerships with selected learning and career development platforms. Where affiliate links appear on the platform, Xtell may earn a commission if you make a purchase. This does not affect the price you pay or Xtell's editorial recommendations. Affiliate relationships are always disclosed at the point of the link. For full details, see our Affiliate Disclosure.
17. Organisational Data and B2B Purchases
When an organisation uses the Xtell Workforce Audit or Data API, Xplorient Limited processes organisational data as a data processor on behalf of the purchasing organisation in accordance with UK GDPR.
Data submitted via the Workforce Audit including role titles, contact names, email addresses, and organisation names is:
- — Stored securely in Xplorient's database hosted in the EU
- — Retained for 24 months from the date of purchase for audit and support purposes
- — Never sold or shared with third parties
- — Used in aggregated, anonymised form only to improve platform intelligence
Organisations with specific data processing requirements or that operate in regulated sectors may request a Data Processing Agreement by contacting support@xplorient.com.
Xplorient Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller. UK GDPR applies to all personal data processed by Xplorient Limited.
